The items are dented, the machine cannot stand still while it is on running mode.
The item arrived on time, early. the item are all there in the box. i haven't used it as yet. i can't wait. i'll come back updates. thank you, seller.

This item leaked so badly i would never recommend.
I like this product, if you are planning on getting this just know you do have to double wash the brushes to get everything out. as for foundation brushes around 3/4x wash to really get everything in between. it does come with instructions if you are struggling to understand how to use

It’s very cheap feeling and did not clean brushes at all. i thought it wouldn’t based on the feel of it when i got out. the top got squished in shipping. came with directions and i did follow them. didn’t clean the brush at all. wobbly, as bottom is not flat. don’t recommend at all.

First time using it, and it leaked all over my counter. i was really excited about getting this too as i clean my makeup brushes regularly. very disappointing.

It arrived all wrinkled. No additional packaging. The case is scratched. Terrible.
Yes, i received the order, but it arrived incomplete and damaged. the cable came without the connector, so the product cannot be used. also, the item and packaging arrived visibly damaged. i would like to request a refund or a replacement, please.
Just received my package and its damaged
The unit doesn't turn on. The light will briefly turn on then the whole thing shuts down immediately. It's unsuable.
I tried multiple outlets, with water, without water, nothing works.
Don't bother
Also the water tank is black, not transparent, even if it worked you wouldn't be able to see if the water is dirty without emptying it.
Package was damaged so im not sure if the top is missing or i don't come with it to hold the brushes?????? ?
The product didn't work for me. It came from Canada and never turned on properly; it turns on and off immediately. I only used it to hold the brushes I wet to use it, but honestly, I'm not disappointed.
