Refund policy

We want you to love your HYPEFINDER order. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, email [your email] with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Sale items are final sale unless otherwise noted.
